OrpheumTheatre

Built between 1918 and 1921, the Orpheum was designed by nationally renowned theatre architect G. Albert Lansburgh and New Orleans architect Samual Stone, who also bears the credit for the former Maison Blanche building on Canal Street and the sea lion pool at Audubon Zoo.

Home to the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra, the Orpheum Theatre stands as a monument of beauty and acoustic excellence.
